DON’T return calls from Latvia: The scam costing Australians thousands of dollars in phone bills

Deputy chief Delia Rickard said: 'If you know people in the country they're calling from particularly if it's romance home country scams you've got family there - you're going to be more scams risk. The federal government has released some tips to help romance falling prey to these scammers.
