OK I said 60s initially, but I'm totally getting a hippy 70s vibe in places from this now as well. There's always that crossover period when one decade becomes another isn't there.

Just heard it properly on BBC6. It kind of straddles the 60s/70s. Nice vibe man.

Yeah that was brilliant. I already loved the acoustic version but this is on another level. Not too un-dovesy, either. Even though they are not going for that in this band, it's nice to see from a lot of the material that I have heard thus far that they haven't strayed too far from the winning formulae. Drums are reminiscent of Almost Forgot Myself. 8 more weeks....

Jury's still out for me on this track I'm afraid. I loved Voyager 1.

I did enjoy seeing the 'Doves' stickers on Jez's guitar though!
