Blackburn gig
Forth gig of the best of tour tonight, fantastic gig, Jimi seemed to be enjoying himself. For me personally it was a very emotional gig. Setlist can be found in the comment. I was not able to get a setlist myself as I had to leave just before the last song. I am not sure about the order of a few songs but those were the songs which have been played.

I thought Jimi seemed a bit peed off around the middle part, only seemed to pick up when the crowd decided to respond to the "hits" (black & white town, kingdom of rust, pounding and there goes the fear). personally, apart from the aforementioned, I thought the crowd were pretty flat, but a great gig nonetheless!
No loons? I saw one punter having a go at a security guy and a bit later being chased through the crowd by two scary looking bouncers! Top night though – did I really see Jimi giving his bass away at the end?
ok not as many loons as normal!!!did not see the bouncers chasing any one,not like the fighting at the manchester academy last year!!after jimi threatening to give away all the bands equipment and martin and his keyboard on this tour,the bass guitar was offered to a guy at the front!!!but the meat head guitar tech gave jimi the eye ,and was taken back!!! seen the boys 7 times over the years and enough new stuff plus the greats to keep me&mrs happy!!!
Ah, right. I saw the bass being offered but was on my way out so I didn't notice it wasn't handed over! Can't wait for Kendal Calling to come round.
